I have some 243s with 62cc chambers. What piston would I run to get 11.0-1 compression? -2cc,,,,-3cc???

with factory pictons and GM head gaskets you already have 10.9 to one
.045" Cometics would be 11.15 range and .040" gaskets has you around 11.3
If you need the valve relifs to clear a big *** camshaft then go -2cc with .040 combo
