Cam option for 408
I have talked to comp cams and Texas speed had a few different cams suggested. Still not sure which I should go with or what would be better for my engine. It's going in a 3rd gen. 4.10 final. T-56. Texas speed rotating assembly. Fast 102 intake. Prc 247 heads. I have read up on cams but im not sure which is better. It is a street car so i need more driveability (still want a pretty nasty street motor haha) but i want a lopey idle. Maybe there isnt much difference at all and im looking into it to deep. I just want to see what you guys thibk as the cam can make or break the build. The cam options are (if you have other suggestions that would be better suited let me know

I've got a 251/259 cam in that exact set up. Same heads intake etc just in a 4th gen. The car made 523/487 through a 9" ford on 315 drag radials. The car also had a few issues while it was tuned. It had a vacuum leak and my rocker bolts are half inch in the intake port. Car probably had a little more in it. It drives fine. Not stock but good. The cam was from tsp.
