thats exactly what i had it at when i set it, the only thing i could think of is timing jumped on me, replacing the plugs because they were soaked in gas. I'm kind of hoping it the timing because i cant think of anything else it would be.

if the plugs are soaked in gas hve you actually verified you have spark? I would go get a spark plug tester at the store if you dont have one and check all the plugs you can. Only takes 10-15 min

check the crank sensor and wiring, does the tach move when cranking?

Found out timing was off by about only 90° no big deal...

so the timing chain was off a few teeth?

You might have damaged the valves if it is off that much.
