LS1 Head/cam question

Just installed my 228r Cam and 243 heads, I buttoned everything up and installed the pushrods, torqued down to spec and went to turn the motor over by hand it turns fairly easy untill one part then it gets a little harder to turn over. Is this happening due to the pressure of the dual valve springs being compressed? My heads are milled .036 and I'm running .053 head gaskets with 7.350 .80 push rods. I've probably turned the motor over at least a 20 times so I don't believe the valves are hitting the pistons. Any input would be great.

Sorry for the delayed response but they're all just about 1 and a half turns. I just think I'm stressing. This is my first build and I've only turned the motor over by hand when the heads were off and the difference in force is noticeable but nothing crazy.
