241 heads on LQ4 = CR ?
2004 stock LQ4 ....low millage ....
we have ported 241 heads on hand to install on the LQ4 block
+ 228/232 .578/.585 on 112 lsa cam ,
what would be the aproximate CR of this setup ?.... with stock .041 gaskets ?
the heads have never been milled ....
thanks

I thought GM gaskets were either .051" or .054" but at any rate the reduction of combustion chamber volume from 71 cc to 66.67 cc should bump it from factory spec of 9.4:1 to 10 even or at most 10.1:1
I just google Competition Products and click the calculator link at the top and just input all the pertinent info.
