I sent one to this: support@tickperformance.com but It's been several weeks and I havent heard back. Try it, maybe you'll have better luck

I apologize for this as this does happen. I don't handle the emails as they come in to the support address, I only get them when they're forwarded to me.

I would be more than happy to help you with whatever it was you needed, but I understand completely if you've already went elsewhere or no longer wish to use our products due to your experience.

I apologize again for that, it's not intentional.

Not a problem, I understand things happen. I'm just down the road in Winston Salem and thought it would be beneficial for convenience and support to purchase within driving distance.

Is the email I posted the best way to contact you?

No problem sir! I understand it can be a pain or an inconvenience since I don't use PM's. Having two email accounts and a PM box that I had to maintain everyday just became too much to take care of in a days time frame.

I'll get to any and all requests as soon as I possibly can and your continued patience is much appreciated guys(and gals)!
