Default ls7 lifters

I have a chance to get a set of ls7 lifters with 200 miles on em for real cheap and my question is are they gonna be good enough for a 450/500 horse lq4 with a ls3 top end or should I run some aftermarket market ones. I only plan to street race with a mild cam and at the max rev it to 5500/6000 rpm. Any thoughts appreciated.

They'll be fine. I run them in my build and spin it to 6800 rpm on a regular basis with no problems

I would get the morel 5315 Lifters over the LS7 lifters. They only cost 45 dollars more from Colorado speed.

I've read good things about the 5315's and the ls7 lifters. Think i'll go with the 5315's because valve train weight is not as much of an issue with them.
