Ok, judging by some of your posts it seems as if you are new to the site and maybe terms and ratings used by members. Someone told you that you would need AFR heads to meet your goal of 450hp. This depends on what you mean by 450hp, as almost always on this site when people talk hp numbers they are referring to rwhp numbers. But most people outside of the forums mean crank hp numbers. In an auto car 450 crank or flywheel hp would be in the neighborhood of 380rwhp which would be easily attainable with a H/C/I setup actually 420-440rwhp would be a reasonable goal with the parts you have mentioned which is closer to 500 crank hp.

Wow that was a lot of typing to point out the other guy was thinking rwhp, which your 450hp goal in rw would be 530-550 crank hp.
