PSI LS1511ML spring kit? Do any vendors sell a kit with the matching locks, Ti retainers, seats, seals, etc? I'm having difficulty locating those parts individually.
Dude named Robert Cantu currently has a set of new in package Manley Ti retainers for sale for like 50-60 bucks less; 130 shipped IIRC
The springs can be had from Advanced Inductions and Katech carries the beehive seal/spring locators and locks.
To my knowledge nobody sells everything in a kit like you asked, perhaps once you figure out all the sources you can package and sell us kits !!!

One other option. Dart 205's originally came with PSI springs. They had a custom Ti retainer built and they were very light. You may be able to find someone with a set of retainers since a lot of guys went to double springs with these heads when they first came out.
