Default TIme to change springs ?

I have the c1 cam and run 918 springs with stock retainers. The heads are mild ported with 2.02 int and stock exh. valves. I Have 15,000 miles on the springs and I dont baby the car either, Usually run it hard at least once every time I drive it and to the track on average of 1 time a month. Is it time to change them and what is the best spring to change to? I am looking between the different dual springs for stock seats.

What are the prices going for the Crane duals, patriot springs and comp 921's ?

pull a single spring and have its pressure checked to see where you stand. no point in changing all the springs if there still good.
