LQ4/80E price help Hi, i'm kinda new here but here goes.
A friend of mine Has a LQ4/80E that he wants me to sell.
he doesn't know how to use the internet
I have NO IDEA what the price should be!!!!!!!
He has:
6.0L LQ4 41,000 miles fully maintained.
4l80E
Full wiring harness engine and trans.
ECU
engine mounts
80e mounts
radiator
80E COOLER and lines
stock Silverado exhaust cats mufflers ex.
stock cold air intake
stock vortec manifold
fan/shroud
full accessorie drives
AC compressor and related hardware.
Aluminum heads [I assume the LS2 truck versions]
Basically everything
The engine and trans were taken care of because he ran his own shop.
He was a GM mechanic building Chevelle's back in the 70s; dude knows everything about GM cars.
he swapped it for a 6.6L Duramax so he has some serious skill.

Going by ebay a LQ4 with 88000 miles goes for $2000 and the 4l80e averages about $800. I would say most people would try to get $2500-3000 for that motor with those low miles. I would say $2000 is good for the both of you for the LQ4.
