Are the 5.3 heads stock or no? What are the specs on that cam?

FYI, # 54-000-11 only tells us that this is a custom LS motor cam grind. It doesn't tell us what cam lobes are used. So you'll need to at least tell us the intake and exhaust lobe duration @.05" lift, LSA and ICL (intake centerline) for your custom cam grind before we can give you further advice.

I wouldn't let Comp or Summit spec a cam.

That is a custom cam option meaning you pick the specs or let somebody else pick them. I would not let comp or summit spec the cam. There are plenty of shelf cams ready to roll that are proven.

What are you looking to for out of your setup? Street car, daily driver, or primarily track oriented? This is important information to know for choosing a cam shaft.

Call Kip at Cam Motion, Geoff at EPS, or Martin at Tick if you want a custom grind cam. Those vendors should also have some good cams ready to ship to you.

I wouldn't want a random sales rep from Summit or Comp designing my custom cam.
