Default LQ4 cam & compression question.

I just bought a 150k mi 6.0L from a 01 2500 truck, complete with harness, ecm, the works. Factory compression with 317 heads is around 9.1:1 compression..right? and to get more power, I'd mill the heads .35-.50. Does it make a difference in choosing a cam if I mill the heads or not? Also, when doing a cam swap, what should I replace in there? Timing chain? lifters? springs? oil pump? I will inspect the cam bearings. I am going to keep the truck intake, it will be going in a RCSB truck for street fun. I have a 4L80E with it. No spray, I'd like 400 rwhp if possible. thanks!
