Default Gashed 243 Chamber

I picked up a set up 243 heads that I realized had some gashes in one chamber after getting them off the car. If possible, what would it take to clean these up? The marks are pretty shallow, but are clearly significant.

Any advice?

They should clean up with a good 0.030 mill if not less. And since they're not on the mating surface it shouldn't pose much of a problem. Definitely check with a machine shop though.

Some trace of the divots being left would be no real issue, you wouldn't even have to go a full .030 but if you want the compression go ahead and go that much.
