help identifying a cam
Thought it was a LS6 cam but was told that LS6 cams are laser ecthed.
Lift at the cam measures .324/.326
Stamping on the rear says 5308 and 2300

You are correct on the LS6 cam. Wondering if it could be a hot cam? Thought those had the etching too?
EDIT: Disregard my previous statement, looks like it is an LS6 camshaft from 2003. Maybe the factory stick differs in identification from ones sold thru the parts dept?
Just a pic I found from a google search for LS6 cam

vs the stick you have, they both have 5308 on them.

I thought it was, the lift makes sense. I was trying to sell it and someone said it wasn't a LS6. The issue is I bought a rebuilt engine and this is the cam that was in it.
