ticking sound after heads/cam swap

Default ticking sound after heads/cam swap

i have 1000 miles on my heads/cam swap, and after about 100 miles it started getting a faint ticking noise, so i checked all my rockers and pushrods...where should i go from here?

Did you upgrade the valvetrain? Does it sound like a sewing machine? Any specific part of the engine it comes from?

possibly a weak lifter, the added spring pressure may be causing it to colapse, also what oil you run.
