First in car cam swap... Wish me luck

So I finally have everything together and will be swapping cams this weekend. I hope I was able to get all parts that fit. I am worried about swapping oil pumps after reading all the horror stories...

LPE GT-18 Cam
PAC 1218 Springs
Summit Trunion bearing kit
Tick 3/8th tapered pushrods
Summit LS2 timing Chain
Tim's Valve Spring compressor tool
Summit LS6 oil pump

Any tips, tricks or don't do that?

Get some 5/16 wooden dowels to hold the lifters up so they don't fall into the oil pan. You'll need two of them 2' long.

Best tip is to take your time and not try to force anything
