Default Cam Question

This has probably been asked ten million times, but I would like any and all input that anyone can give me on this. I want to put a new cam in my car soon, and would like to know what will give me nice hp gains and nice tq gains, maybe like 350-370+ rwhp, and give me that nice choppy/lopey sound. I allready have LT's and all that, so I have that all squared away, also I would appreciate all info on everything that I will need to replace with a bigger cam, springs, retainers and all that good stuff, thanks in adavance, I appreciate any and all help.

your looking for a 224 cam on a 112lsa. lots of folks sell them the one from thunder sounds good and makes great power. seems to be the most popular one. you will need comp 918 springs and tit retainers and hardened pushrods for best safety.
