238 240 camshaft question

hey all im new to this only just bought my first v8 after a lot of failed rbs lol im wanting to know if this cam is good for a stock ls1 with head work and how much I could take of the heads if I can at all with out any ptv issuehttp://www.compcams.com/Company/CC/cam-specs/Details.aspx?csid=1094&sb=2s that's the cam I have cheers

Without knowing the specifics that are done to the heads there's no way of knowing. Can't pull up link either...what are the cam specs?
