Default Cam Identification

Can anyone help me identify this cam, it came with the car. The cam has 2870H engraved on it, the other numbers I can make out say B-spec BW-VZ or V2 and then on the bottom it states S4957-10

Thanks for any help at all!

What car? I don't know about the rest, but 2870H is the core.

I'm pretty sure you're holding a comp core. As for the rest of it, I can't find anything either.
