Default used engine question

I just bought a 2002 ls1 out of a junkyard from a Camaro that had a light rollover. it has 68k miles on it. the yard said it ran good. I brought it home and pulled it apart down to a shortblock. it looks good inside, all the rods and mains look clean, none of them seem tight or anything. it still has the cam in it but no heads. I can rotate it by hand from the balancer. it seemed a little tight but spun smoothly. I put a tq wrench on it and am getting about 15-20 ft lbs to rotate it. its a pretty big 1/2 drive tq wrench so it may not be super accurate that low. but does 15 ft lbs sound about right? there was no metal in the pan,i just get nervous that being a rollover car it ran upside down. thanks guys

it's probably just fine. only way to know for sure is to put some heads on it and do a compression test.

Why not rebearing and rering it now?

I did a compression test before I took the heads off and it was good. the reason im not is I just bought a motor for $1700 and it was junk when I took it apart. the guy I bought it from disappeared, so I bought this low mile one for $2k with the intentions of not having to do much to it other than gaskets. I bought the car and the motor let go 3 weeks after I bought it, the previous owner overheated it and warped the heads and stuff, then filled it with stop leak and sold it. so got screwed on the car and the replacement motor. so im just looking for the cheapest and easiest way at this point hahaha
