What head work\which cam???? I have a s/c(Magnacharger@5psi) 01GMC SierraSCSB 5.3l. Id like to do heads/cam in the truck to gain max hp\tq. Any ideas??? Who does good head work in the central NJ area? What do you think itll run to do it?
