After I got heads back from machine shop .. 2" valves, mill .010 to clean them up, and lunati 73925k1 spring kit installed on a set of 862's. .I took one of the heads over to a guy to flow a intake and exhaust port. He informed me that there isn't any clearance between the intake valve guide and retainer at .600 lift.. cam is .607/.614.

I believe gm useD 2 design..positive style and the top hat style. The heads I used had the positive style. So my question, are the seals in the lunati kit compatible for either head that uses either style valve seal?

I bought felpro valve seals SS70945 and was gonna just swap the lunati ones out. ..any thoughts?...
I wanted to get the motor back together this weekend

 

Took the heads apart and found the problem...the Machine shop didn't have a total of 3 valve seals pressed down
