Default looking for a good cam

I have a 2000 camaro z28. Im looking for a good cam that I can get performance out of. My biggest problems is that I live in california and emissions is strict out here. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Check out the western members section. I believe a 224/224 is about as big and as safe as you can run.

Contact Tony Mamo. I'm sure he can spec you a cam that will pass emissions and hauls *** too. He lives out in California his self so I bet it'll be a walk in the park for him.

OP.....shoot me a PM.....I can help guide you in the right direction concerning a smog legal cam that will still run well

Cheers,
Tony

Anything worth doing is worth doing well. Build it right the first time....its alot cheaper than building it twice!!

I'm in CA and personally run a 221/221 that Martin@Tick spec'd for me. Its a real sleeper and I enjoy it. Anything bigger than 224/224 you start to chance, if you have to pass the sniffer test.

Sniffer required for 2000 and earlier, 2001+ is plug in OBD Port only.
