New pistons So I am rebuilding my Ls1 and I need new pistons but I don't know what to order? here is a little info it's a 99 camaro m6 I am going to run stock crank and rods going with either stock heads with a little work or 799 heads long tube headers no cats this is a daily driver Ish lol I would like to put a 150 shot of nitrous on it down the road but was thinking of getting some wisdom dome pistons from vengeance racing
I'd put some basic forged rods in there too while you're at it, only $300 more. Doesn't make to much sense to put in forged pistons when the rods will be the weak point.
You can get the best piston on the planet, if the rods are weak then that's what's going to fail next.
