About to get and cam and just need some help

Ok i know that this must be the most asked question around and i have searched the threads and all and have found some good cams for my 2002 z28 with 3200 stall,SLP longtubes, intake,cat back, and cough cough N2o .... i could use the help in what cam to get and what springs and stuff to get? i was thinking the TR224/224 but with a A4 i dont know and i want to keep it streetable (Somewhat) and sleeper and get good numbers. could someone please let me know what to go with?
here are some i was thinking of :
228/224 .530 .525 112
220/226 .561 .570 114
220/220 .557 ? 114
and the old man cam 214/220 .602 .527 115 ??
any help would be great i have been saving for the last 4 months and now im excited <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Well, what is your rwhp goal?
228/224 is a nice cam. Should make about 410-420 rwhp with S2 heads, all bolt-ons, etc.
220/220 will idle the best!
220/226 should be a very nice cam for N2O!

i placed a 533/533 in my 5.3 and it lopes not to bad i might gust go with 502/502 think engine vin code g 2001 corvett 90lb springs

HP dosnt really matter it more or less times i want to get the most but be safe ( kinda a joke saft and most) but hey im new at all this.

Out of the ones you have listed the 220/226 561/570 114 would be my choice.
Actually I have a lot of the bolt on's headers and stock heads... The cam I am getting is very much like that..
Should idle good, and make descent power....
