lq4 upgrades

lq4 upgrades hi I have 93 k5 blazer with lq4 engine for offroding
month ago engine start losing oil pressure so I decided to change oil pump at the saime time I thought its good time to swap cam (with rocker arm,timing chain,lifters and valve spring ) not sure about future upgrades
this is parts list
-comp 54-452-11 XFI Xtreme Truck cams
-comp Ultra-Gold Aluminum Roller 1.7 Ratio Rocker Arm
-C7R Timing Chain
-comp 26918CS Valve Spring Kit
is this parts compatible what each other ?
do i need new pushrods and lifters ?
pls keep in mind im not form usa so im going to get all parts form amazon

I would look into the truck cams from BTR. They have great springs and and great cams. Call Brian ..... He might even custom spec you a cam to suit your needs. It's only 25 bucks extra to get that did.

ok what about pushrods and lifters ?
If you are changing cam then pushrods should be measured for and replaced, lifters are up for debate.
I would call someone other than Comp or Summit for a cam recommendation BTR would certainly be better.
