Crank rods

Have a Gen III 5.3, bored to 5.7 with a 4" crank. Also going to mill the heads .030. Will 6.125 crank rods be ok?

Yeah they call it a 383 stroker

Yes sir, but even if the heads are milled?

That makes absolutely no difference to the rod length needed.
