Default Lower Oil Pan Torque Sequence and Torque Specs

Hey guys, while disassembling my motor I made the mistake of splitting my oil pan into two halves, ie remove the lower bolts and cover. I purchased the new batwing gasket and the upper gasket that goes between the block and pan. I've searched for the last 30 minutes without finding an answer.

My question is, is there a specific torque sequence I need to follow on installing the lower half? Are the torque specs 106 inch/lbs for those bolts? Should I use any high temp gasket maker anywhere? Thanks for your help.

For reference...
The bolt part number is 11517509
The gasket part number is 12562020
