How to calculate minimum valve spring requirement

How to calculate minimum valve spring requirement stock 5.3 cams. possibility of a tu1.5 cams in the future.
mostly interested in upgrading to eliminate valve float.
currently at 19 psi but may be looking at max 25 psi
the springs im looking at is 1219x with 145lb and 100% drop in. i plan on just dropping a set in to rid of any valve float. but will it be enough?
any other valve spring options out there that are drop in. I can get a set of pushrods if needed but certainly do not want to replace the lifter since i would have to open up the engine for that.
another top option is brian tooley platinum sk001 spring set. but not sure how my stock components would like this.
