Default Help me choose the proper BTR spring kit.

trying to get my ducks in a row here and Im set on going with a Bt valvetrain for when i redo my topend.Currently I have an older Tsp 228r cam kit with hardened 7.4 pushrods and single beehive 600 lift springs on my 243 heads. Im sure i bent a few valves on the heads so Im going to pull them off and drop in 317's.While im in there i will be doing new ls7 lifters/trays pushrods if any are bent and trunion upgrade.

Im confused about the differences on Btr's dual springs kit. First question is..for my 228r cam is it better to go with a 650 or 660 spring kit for better valve control/longevity. And then for the for each type of 650/660 spring kit has either a steel or titanium retianers.Whats the pros/cons to each.People always say you get what you pay for..I just want to know for the extra $50..what exactly is that assuring me as an end result other than shiny metal thats hidden behind a valve cover.
