MMS 220 383 and more build - Going Turbo!
I was looking at direct port kits before for my street car. They are pricey but pretty cool setups. Just seems like the right way to do it if you're going big.
You and Darth make me want to to a manual trans swap...

Im glad yours turned out so well!! Good job man.
I ended up coming across an amazing deal on a used piece of equipment I am after and flew out to look at it.
I took the car out last weekend and ran into a PCV issue with it, and ended up tracing it back to the catch can. Somehow, with the catch can coming off and on a few times, I connected it backwards at one point
ended up with a blown out valve cover gasket due to crankcase pressure. I pulled the intake manifold off to clean everything up, replace the oil pressure sensor, and put a new valve cover gasket on it. Since I wasn't going to Houston for the weekend, I decided to leave the intake off.
I am ordering up pieces to plumb it for a direct port myself and sell off my NX 102 plate kit
That's awesome for the direct port kit. What kit are you buying. I'm thinking I should just do the same thing for my street build. I talked to somebody at Nitrous Outlet and got a part number but it's at home. Looks like a nice setup. He said it isn't any harder than plumbing brake lines so I'd definitely attempt it myself. Let me know how it goes. I'll probably wait until you're done and see how it goes

Right now I am working with NX to piece a kit together similar to this one. I know everything I will need, except which kind of nozzle to go with, and the jetting. My current solenoids should be able to handle that set-up, I hope.

After speaking with Pat G about the long runner distribution issue of the FAST 102, and doing some research, a direct port is the way to go. I wouldn't take my plate kit past a 200 for fear of cylinders 1&2 not getting an even amount of spray/fuel. And if you already have a kit on the car, you can piece a direct port together yourself for just a tad bit more than a plate upgrade. I hear it takes a lot of patience to bend the lines though
