Default LS2 Lifter Tray Direction

I installed LS2 lifter trays on my 4.8 (LR4) and after seeing some pictures it appears that I put them in backwards. I didn't pay much attention to how they went in since the stock ones were symmetrical. Is this going to affect anything? Is it worth pulling the heads off and flipping them around?

The ls2 style block has humps on the bottom that those trays clear.

You are fine, it won't hurt a thing.

Currently experiencing the same thing. Did you have to remove the heads and flip the trays? I’m building my ls6 and I went notch up on mine.

Heads must come off to work on trays and/or lifters. You will see that as soon as you remove the valve covers or read any articles on LS engines.
