Default Cam Identification

Hello,

I purchased an LS1 with an unknown cam. I am having a little bit of difficulty identifying it. This is what I have so far based on the markings. I think this might be a Texas Speed cam. There are a couple more markings, but I am unsure what they might mean.

3720R/3724R HR 116

L7042-67 (Is this the serial?)

I found a similar cam, 3720R/3724R HR 114 +2, by searching around, but I am not sure how this differs from my cam.

Thanks in advance for any help.

-Josh

It is a Comp XER lobe 220/228 .581/.588 116 LSA. Unknown if there is any advance ground in by what you posted, but a lot of Comp cams have +4 advance.
