Default Cam Identification Help

Can anyone help Identifiy this Cam?
it has the numbers 2871 F stamped on the end and then G5X2 hand carved into the end.
it also has the numbers NM246 stamped inbetween 2 of the cam lobes.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Joe
