Default Valve springs

I know resurrecting another spring thread.. I have a 224r cam what would the best springs be for longevity and being sturdy I was thinking for a .600 lift some .625 or .660 lift springs would work good but I do not know

BTR .660's are the only choice for me. I ran the 224r cam in my car for 2ish years

918 beehives will live with a 224r. I have over 5 years on mine.
