Default plz help with cam identification

I just acquired 2 cams used and didn't have info on either, one came in a comp cams box with all specs on end of box but after extensive research I don't even think its a comp cams cam.

first cam (4519) is a 3 bolt style
second cam (3844) is a single bolt style
both cams are supposed to be for ls motors
please tell me what they are, whether that be aftermarket or oem and also any/all specs on them, thank you

Those look like stock GM cams, I saw a guy buy several at an auction because he thought they were comp cams because they were in comp boxes. He soon found out that the shop had put the old stock cam in the box after they installed the new cam.
