Default Sleeving a Block & crank question

I purchased a LQ4 on saturday and after digging into it i found a broken rod that took a chunk out of the bottom of the bore.
Question 1.
can i have the block re-sleeved or is not even worth it?

Q2. is the crank OK after having a rod snap?

not worth resleeving, but they can be bored out a bit if that would help.
