Default How much should I mill my heads?

Im doing a heads and cam swap on my 2001 WS6 soon. I going to be using a set of 243 heads, GM MLS gaskets and a 228R cam. Im going to send the heads to a machine shop to have them cleaned, milled and to install a set of BTR springs. Im just unsure how much to tell them to mill off. I was thinking .010-.015 but I'm not sure. This car is just my summer DD so Im not looking to get every ounce of power out I can, just a boost in compression and to insure the surface is flat. So any input would be appreciated, Thanks!

I would ask the person doing the heads with your cam how much can be milled without worrying about PTV clearance.
