Default 408 Build, engine paint question

Hey guys, just looking for some advice.
I had my engine builder paint my block and heads. In the picture you can see he painted inside of the cylinder heads. Is this normal practice? Will this be a problem down the road? Should I have him remove the paint? Thanks for the advice.

Did he paint inside your valve cover too? Looks like the oil fill hole in the passenger side got some paint in it too!

It sure looks like it. I haven't seen it in person yet just going by the picture. Any recommendations? Paint anywhere oil or airflow will be can't be a good thing??

No, it shouldn't be in the intake ports or in the oil fill hole like that. I wouldn't have even wanted paint on the intake flange where the manifold seals.

It is also all in your water ports and bolt holes. My advice? Definitely don't accept it from him until he removes the paint from where it isn't supposed to be and ensure he chases every bolt hole to clean the threads. If not, I guarantee you'll strip at least one out (probably lots more) trying to bolt your accessories back on.
