See what pistons they are. Chances are they use a .927" wrist pin where the stock LS rods use a .944" pin, so they won't be compatible. You would probably need something like a 6.300" length aftermerket rod to make it work.

Just saw the compression height of the two pistons. the 4.8 pistons are 1.325 and the 5.7 pistons are 1.340. Looks like it's not going to work
