Shift points and rev limiter ? on an a4
I also have the TR224-114. I run an SY3500 and 3.73 gears though. I have my rev limiter set at 6800 and my shift points set around 6500-6600 (1-2 45 mph; 2-3 83 mph). I have bounced it off the rev limiter a couple of times while roll racing on the street and luckily have caused no damage.
A 6800 rev limit should be fine as long as you upgraded your valvetrain. I have 918's/titanium retainers/hardened push rods.

<strong> I think 6800 is too much for that cam. It really doesn't make power that high. I have roughly have the same cam set at 6500.
