Default Stuck valve?

Hey guys, so I was getting ready to bring the car to the dyno after a cam swap. I did the trunion upgrade, new springs from comp, valve seals etc. I initially ran the car for a minute or two and drained the oil just to see, it was milky, I must have accidentally got some coolant in the pan when the front of the motor was off, changed the oil, ran it for a minute and drained it again to see what it looked like, it was fine, but I wanted to pull the valve covers to re check everything. Turns out a couple valve seals didn't seat properly, so I started the process, seat the first two with a socket tapping lightly, went to compress the next cylinder and air started pouring out the intake (tb off)... Any suggestions??

Tap it with a rubber mallet a few times and see if it's gets better. Could just be something on the seat.
