Might as well change heads now grrrr
So yesterday I pulled my valve covers, had a noise coming from them, and it was idling worse than it should after a very mild cam swap, noticed that the valve seals on a couple of the springs were floating up the stem, must not have seat them properly. It only idled for a couple minutes that way, then I tore it back apart. I noticed that the intake valve on one of the cylinders was stuck, so I put the piston at TDC, since it wouldn't compress with air, then I compressed both intake and exhaust springs and removed them to get to the stem, once there, after moving the piston down just enough to work the stem, I got it free and could push it up and down, re-seated the valve seal, put the springs back on and hooked air up to it... Still the same amount of air pouring out the intake manifold. I'm in the learning process with some helpful friends, they figured that the valve isn't seating correctly from the bottom side of the head, any input on that? And if so, if I'm pulling the stock heads off, are stock 241's the best cheap replacement since they are off anyways? Mine are stock 98 ls1 heads.
Note: this is all pre tune, I'm not going to drive it, bringing it to get professionally tuned and here is my mild set up
Comp 216/220 114 LSA
Pacesetter LT/ Catless ORY
SLP LM 2
SLP lid and CAI
WILL BE BUYING LS6 intake since it's coming off
Car is an M6 with stock rear, new carrier with new spiders,
not gonna get beat till I drop in a 9"
Maybe I'm way off on the problem, but from what I understand, that seems to be about the only thing, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks!

FWIW, you are going to have to pull the heads. If you think you might at some point upgrade, consider doing it now. If you just want the best stock head option, get a set of 243 or 799 heads from the classified section.
