weird sound on first drive of the day..

weird sound on first drive of the day.. the car started making this weird sound about 200 miles ago,
its not a daily driver. In the video the car is fully warmed up for about 10 minutes. it doesn't make the sound at idle but only when I press the gas.
the car stops making it about about 2 miles of driving and after all of a sudden it stops for the rest of day until I drive it again in another day.
the engine has less than 4000 miles since the i got it rebuild back to OEM specs.
I think its a pully but not to sure..

well, decided to change the oil and filter give it a day off, and did a few runs in my personal closed track. and it has stopped making the noise. all pointed to a sticky lifter...
did not try the removing the belt.. all is well now..

When the noise comes back a stethoscope on the oil pump might be a good idea.
My 04 Silverado would make real scary lifter noise one day and none the next. As time went by it got louder and louder and would quite down after oil change. With 321000 mi I figured time for another engine. Long story short... Changed the oil pump and timing chain and now I don't hear a sound out of place.
