No spark cylinder 6
I'm trying to chase down and figure out the issue of having no spark on cylinder 6 all other cylinders fire cylinder 8 is kinda weak and motor runs ... It's a new built 370 6.0 carb setup I'm running the Daytona smart box system and the representative came to my house and we swapped harnesses and boxes and checked everything from coil swapping and coil harness swapping so it's not there box or my coils I've replaced the cam and crank sensor 3 times with new gm sensors every time now I'm being told it could be the reluctor wheel on the crank as why cylinder 6 has no spark ...

Cylinder # 6 = Internal Engine
A great deal of information could be added, one such is Spark Wire Test/Boot Test (swap), etc.
The NEXT question is TW tooth count 24xe/58x (60-2).
Your statement of a "new build" could include a timing chain/camshaft timing change ?
The "hint" is #6 cylinder.
The Firing Order is 18726543
The # 6 cylinder IS first after engine phase change
Thus IF the CamSync "falls" at the WRONG TIME cylinder 6 could have an issue.
The Daytona box could have A "CODE" ISSUE.
My ignition only box/ECU found the same issue when in "debug" before being sold.
