That bottom stamp usually comes on GM cams, so I doubt it's aftermarket. I'd guess the 13:13 and 153/09ENG are date and department codes. 1811 is probably the last four of a part number.
Ya I know it's a factory cam (at least I think it is) the only cam o have found with the code 1811 and is 3 bolt is out of a grand sport with an ls3 but why would any ls3 come with a 3 bolt cam?
