Best head and cam package

Best head and cam package I'm looking for opinions on the best head and cam package to put on a 2000 SS a4 with 48k miles. I want the most hp possible to put to the bottom end. Thanks, Corey.

Still gonna be driving it on the street daily, looking for low 12's to high 11's, well all i have around here is a 1000 ft track and i run 10.7 in it already so would like mid to high 9's in 1000 and i'll pay for what ever the best is, i got quite a bit of graduation money left to blow.

. some TEA or AS stg 2.5 ls6 heads alone will cost you around 3k plus core. and the AFR's are 2500 bucks for the 205's, more for the 225's. ~400 for cam, 300 for bolt/gasket kit. plus you dont have barely any bolt ons so figure another ~2k, tune 500 bucks, and odds and ends that always come up.but like the above guy said, a good stall and TC and throw in some weight reduction and some tires and you should be close to your mark.

I too would go with the advice of the others about a good stall converter (do some searches in Auto Trans forum), a set of LT headers and maybe a true dual setup, or at least something better flowing than the stock setup, a ported TB, some good tires and weight reduction and you will be set. Many cars run low 12's and even high 11's with just bolt-ons and a high stall converter.
