Default Blown head gasket?

Recently rebuilt my ls1 using 799 heads and a mild cam using GM #12498544 head gasket. Motor has 1900 miles and it's been sitting for two months moving in and out of the garage but not driven on the street. I changed the oil yesterday and it didn't look right so I pulled the oil and it look like mayo and the filler neck was wet. So I decided to do a compression test and I got 190 psi across. The radiator pressure test held 13psi but started to slow drop after 10 secs. 4 out the 8 spark plugs were kinda wet, what liked like oil and coolant. The car runs fine and doesn't over heat, no white smoke either. I also noticed loss of coolant in the radiator. Any ideas? If it is a blown head gasket what caused it?

Assuming the head gasket was installed correctly, look around for leaks such as the water pump. If it were burning coolant, it typically shows up as a very clean spark plug. Is the PCV system correctly installed? This will cause the white sludge as well if the PCV system isn't working correctly as the moisture in the motor will be trapped.

Might just be condensation due to it sitting. we get that a lot in our drag engines and the oil can get pretty nasty and milky. But you also have a drop in coolant pressure wit your test, so I would look a little deeper into it to be safe.

if it's cooled off where you are like it has here the fill cap will look nasty from condensation until you get some heat in the motor

If its coolant in the oil it will be the color the coolant is in rad. If its just milky white its condensation water from short runs, you would be surprised how much water gets dumped into crankcase past the rings from combustion. Once the engine warms up to temp the PCV system sucks the water vapor out. And you thought the PCV was in there for no good reason other than a government conspiracy?
