Default Ls1 iron block

So I'm very new here, so bear with me, I have currently a 02 ss/z28 camaro with 228r cam headers true duals and slp lid built 4l60e rated 700hp. I have a builder 5.3 iron block and I'm looking to build it to a 5.7 11.5.1 compression running on e85 and pushing a 150 shot of nitrous. Has anyone run this set up or is tuning a hard to achieve a 10second car?

First question should be why do you need a 10 sec car? Is this just a random pick off movies or a no **** realistic goal that you've decided on after track time and drives in 10 sec cars.

To answer your main question though the 5.3 build is wildly popular on here and so is nitrous setups. With a 150 shot and your cam/mods I would believe you'd be hard pressed to make it into the 10's but I think you'd be satisfied with how it runs regardless.

Just an eye catcher to draw people in really. I live in Colorado Springs where the power suffers. So I wanted to see if some had run rumbler on this set up at sea level and in comparison to altitude of 6800 feet.

91 is the highest up here. Higher compression more fuel I think it would just run better this is not my dd and would be using this over the weekend.

Weekend Warrior....go higher compression than, like 12.5:1 with E85. Another 4% increase in total HP.
And a big *** cam.

Easy low 10's with the 150 shot. You should get close to 500 RWHP on engine alone.

That's what I was thinking but I didn't know how street able that would be manners wise. What cam profile would you go with? If not I'm going to do more research. I already have beehive .600 valve springs Texas speed push Rods too. This will be a build over the winter time.
